High current test lab

Damstra Laboratory is equipped with a short-circuit generator for testing of short circuit behavior, withstanding of the current for a specific time and arc behavior.

By the use of two short-circuit transformers, supplied from the 10 kV grid, Damstra laboratory can offer a wide range of electrical and mechanical tests on circuit breakers and contactors.
